Return Policy
Great Barrington Bra & Girl gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective bras and selected sleepwear within one month of purchase, for store credit or exchange. We cannot issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. Out of respect for your safety and everyone's desire to buy clean, unworn lingerie, please note that we do not take back any products with a crotch, whether purchased in-store or by web order. Due to the personal nature of all other non lingerie items sold we cannot accept returns for personal products, cosmetics, lotions, etc.
To return an item for a credit or exchange, please present us with the item in its original condition with tags attached. For web orders, please ship items via insured courier of your choice to 35 Railroad Street, Gt. Barrington, MA 01230.
If you'd like a different size or style, please include a note on your return invoice stating the item you would like instead. (Because we pride ourselves on offering the newest fashion merchandise all year round, we can't guarantee the item will be in stock—but we'll try our best.) Sorry, but we cannot refund original or return shipping costs, or take responsibility for lost merchandise.
Ordering
Orders received by 3pm Mon-Fri are normally shipped that day. Should an item be temporarily unavailable or your first choice is out of stock we will contact you to offer alternative suggestions.
